Birthdays!

Celebrate your birthday at the Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre!
Come take part in a variety of hands-on activities and games in our Ocean’s Heartbeat, and throughout the Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre. Create a craft, spend time at the touch & feel pool, and go on an aquatic scavenger hunt with our Oceaneers. You can also open your presents up in the Ocean’s Heartbeat.

Details:
We run birthday parties for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes at both 11am and 1:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and all party guests will have full day admission to the Centre. Our parties are geared towards 5-12 year olds, although other age ranges can be accommodated by request.

Minimum charge for a birthday party is $70, which admits 1 adult and up to 8 children, as well as the siblings of the birthday child who are under the age of 6. All additional children and adults will be charged individually at a $5.00 and $10.00 rate respectively.

Unfortunately, our centre cannot accommodate food, drink, or cake.
