Birthday Parties at The Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre

Looking for a fun and educational place to hold your child’s birthday party? How about a party at the Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre?
The Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre now offers a variety of hands-on, hands-wet activities and interactive games designed for children’s birthday parties primarily geared towards 5 – 12 year olds. They can create a craft, spend time at the touch pool, or go on an aquatic scavenger hunt with friendly Oceaneers. There is even a place to open birthday presents in the Ocean’s Heartbeat.
Linda Funk, educator at the Centre and mom of two active children says, “This is a fun, educational alternative for curious kids.”
Birthday party programs at the Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre are approximately an hour long. Parties can be scheduled for 11:00 AM or 1:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Birthday parties at the Discovery Centre are $70.00 and include admission and special activities for 1 adult and up to 8 children. Additional children and adults are $5.00 and $10.00, respectively.
