Art in the Aquarium
April 16th – 20th
In celebration of the 2012 launch of Robert Bateman’s Get to Know program, the Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre is offering space for students in Grades 5-12 to come and create art amongst our habitats. Watercolour, sketching, art journaling and more.
Cost is $5.00 + tax per student, with a minimum fee of $75.00 + tax per class.

Salish Sea Marineapedia
Discover. Share. Inspire.
My Salish Sea Marineapedia is a citizen science project launched by the Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre. Students and classes are encouraged to collect information, photos and videos about the fascinating species that live in our local waters. Discover the biodiversity of your ocean, share what you learn and inspire others to make a difference!
Visit mysalishsea.ca to register your class as Citizen Scientists. Work as a group or individually!
